Are you passionate about marketing, financial markets, and creating meaningful impact? Join our Exchanges Marketing team in Madrid and support the execution of marketing initiatives across primary and secondary markets.
As part of the team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of campaigns, events, and digital activities that promote capital markets, listings, and investor engagement. You will work closely with colleagues in Spain, Switzerland, and across Europe, gaining hands-on experience in an international and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
Support the planning and execution of marketing events (e.g. conferences, IPO events, roadshows)
Assist in the organization of webinars, podcasts, and educational formats
Maintain and update website content and landing pages
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (presentations, visuals, basic assets)
Support digital marketing and social media activities
Assist with administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, coordination with suppliers)
Help organize local business meetings and marketing activations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
What You Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Business, Finance, or similar)
Strong interest in financial markets and marketing
First experience in marketing, communications, or events is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and reliable working style with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with digital or design tools is a plus
