We are seeking an experienced IT Security Compliance Manager to lead our information security compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Position Summary

The IT Security Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security compliance programs across the organization. This role requires strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT security compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and frameworks, including ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor security controls and evaluate compliance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to address compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and audit findings.
• Track and report compliance metrics to senior management.
• Support incident response activities from a compliance and governance perspective.
• Stay informed of emerging regulatory and cybersecurity developments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, compliance, governance, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing audits and compliance assessments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud security compliance and governance.
• Knowledge of European data protection and privacy regulations.
