Creators use capital to invest in content, teams, and channel growth. Today, more than $30M has already been deployed across creator businesses, and we continue expanding.

We’re looking for a producer who understands how channels grow — someone who can combine content instincts, production management, and analytics to make better decisions and improve performance over time.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve content strategy based on channel goals and audience behavior
• Lead the full production cycle: idea → scripting → production → editing → publishing
• Improve channel performance through experimentation and iteration
• Work on key YouTube metrics: views, CTR, audience retention, engagement
• Shape content packaging: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists
• Use YouTube Analytics to identify opportunities and make data-informed decisions
• Coordinate contributors across content, editing, and design
• Adapt content plans based on platform changes and emerging trends
• Support audience growth and strengthen engagement

We think you’ll do well here if you:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing or producing YouTube channels
• Have worked with long-form content (this role is not focused on Shorts)
• Can explain how your decisions affected channel performance
• Understand YouTube growth mechanics, SEO, retention, and packaging
• Feel comfortable working with YouTube Analytics and performance metrics
• Can switch between strategy and execution when needed
• Communicate confidently in English (B2+)

Extra points if you:

• Have launched or scaled channels
• Have worked with creator businesses, media brands, or digital publishers
• Edit video yourself or understand editing workflows
• Know copyright and content compliance basics
• Use AI tools to improve production workflows

What we offer:

• Salary in USD: $3,000–4,500 gross/month
• Fully remote setup
• Flexible schedule with overlap preferred between 11:00–19:00 GMT+3
