The Role
Responsabilidades principales
1. Recepción y validación del cambio
Revisar que el cambio está correctamente documentado.
Comprobar que están definidos el alcance, la descripción y el objetivo.
Verificar que incluye un plan de implantación, rollback, pruebas y ventanas de riesgo.
2. Evaluación del impacto
Analizar impacto en infraestructura y aplicaciones de negocio.
Revisar si afecta a servicios críticos, horarios sensibles o dependencias.
Identificar riesgos asociados.
3. Coordinación con los Affected Teams
Asegurar que los equipos técnicos afectados están informados.
Validar su disponibilidad durante la implantación.
Coordinar dependencias entre torres técnicas.
4. Gestión del ciclo de aprobación
Elevar el cambio al comité de CAB/ECAB si procede.
Gestionar aprobaciones automáticas o manuales.
Notificar a los stakeholders.
5. Planificación
Asignar ventana de implantación adecuada.
Comprobar que no interfiere con congelamientos (freezers), super-free, cierres contables, etc.
Evitar solapamientos con otros cambios de riesgo.
Habilidades clave del rol
1.-Técnicas
Conocimiento general de infraestructura y aplicaciones.
Capacidad de leer documentación técnica.
Familiaridad con sistemas de ticketing (Helix, ServiceNow, Remedy...).
2.-Gestión
Coordinación entre múltiples equipos.
Gestión de riesgos.
Planificación y priorización.
3.-Comunicación
Capacidad de diálogo con áreas técnicas.
Redacción clara de planes y notificaciones.
Resolución de conflictos durante ventanas críticas.
