Heidi Gubbins Interior Design Studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect with at least 5 years of experience to join our creative team in a full-time, on-site position.

We are seeking a highly organized and design-driven professional who combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong project coordination skills. The ideal candidate is confident managing projects from concept development through technical implementation, supplier coordination, quotations, site follow-up, and final installation.

Our studio focuses on refined, timeless interiors with an emphasis on materiality, craftsmanship, and detail.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic studio environment, can confidently handle demanding timelines and multiple projects simultaneously, and remains committed to delivering high-quality design, exceptional attention to detail, and seamless project execution under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, presentations, and mood boards
• Select furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and accessories across different price segments
• Prepare technical drawings and detailed documentation in AutoCAD
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external collaborators
• Prepare budgets and quotations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow up on project timelines, installations, and on-site execution
• Attend site visits and support project implementation
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Work collaboratively with the studio team and external partners

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture
• Spanish (required) and English (basic level accepted)
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong technical drawing and detailing abilities
• Experience with suppliers, quotations, procurement, and installation processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Great communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-player attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining strong coordination across all stages of a project

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-end residential projects
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or rendering software
• Experience working on international projects and with international suppliers

Please note that the salary range is indicative only and stated in gross annual terms. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and fit for the role. Immediate start available. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain.

Sueldo: 30.000,00€-40.000,00€ al año
