We are looking for a professional to join our Agricultural Commodities Trading team. The candidate will be involved in the purchase and sale of agricultural raw materials, managing commercial relationships with suppliers and customers, and coordinating logistics and position management across the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
Purchase and sale of agricultural commodities and feed raw materials.
Daily communication and negotiation with suppliers, traders, and customers.
Management and monitoring of commercial and logistical positions.
Coordination of shipments, deliveries, and logistics operations.
Market monitoring, price analysis, and identification of trading opportunities.
Preparation and follow-up of contracts and commercial documentation.
Collaboration with operations, finance, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution of trades.
Support in risk management and compliance with company trading policies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural commodities trading, agribusiness, feed ingredients, or related sectors.
Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of international trade and logistics processes.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced trading environment.
Approximate location near the company’s customer base is preferred, although the role will require periodic travel to the company’s head office in Madrid.
English is not mandatory, but would be considered a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
