What you'll bring
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
CSA certification (required)
2+ CIS certifications (required)
Process expertise in one or more ServiceNow areas
Strong background in process engineering and requirements management
Agile methodology knowledge.
Excellent communication, facilitation and coordination skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English (B2 onwards).
What you'll do
Deliver workshops, demos and functional sessions with clients
Lead requirements elicitation and gathering processes
Design, standardize, improve or redesign business processes to enhance service delivery
Define and implement measurement, metrics and reporting frameworks
Drive continual improvement programs and maintain optimization initiatives
Prepare business documentation and support project deliverables
Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams on process-related matters
Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and contractual requirements
Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
Support project leadership and assist with budget management activities
Maintain and update all process documentation throughout the engagement
