We are looking for Customer Service Representative to be based in Madrid, Spain working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our office and 2 days homeworking (Monday and Friday).
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience.
Acting as the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, you'll manage the entire order lifecycle—from order entry through to delivery and invoicing—while building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding customer support.
- Manage the end-to-end order process in SAP, ensuring accurate order entry, issue resolution, and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues and provide timely updates.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across teams to continuously improve processes, participate in training, and support business initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Order Management within a B2B environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across virtual teams and time zones.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask efficiently and perform under pressure.
- Experience with SAP is a must
- Experience in exports is advantageous
- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, automation tools, or advanced Excel is a plus.
