FieldCore, part of GE Vernova is looking for engaged and driven individual with a passion for engineering to join our Value Stream team for a 6-month internship.

This opportunity is open exclusively to current students of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Intercontinental University of Business who will be returning to their in-class studies upon the completion of their Pràcticas Extracurriculares and who has 6-month ahead studies in those universities.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day for the 6-month duration of the internship.

GE Vernova’s Gas Power business engineers advanced, efficient natural gas-powered technologies and services, along with decarbonization solutions that aim to help electrify a lower carbon future. As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.

As a FieldCore intern you will partner with the cross functional teams to build and execute world-class projects, programs and solutions. You will provide full-service support in the areas of building business/market cases for novel solutions with consideration for the growth of our company and ever-changing market dynamics.

You will focus on learning how FieldCore runs and be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field. In addition to your duties within the Productivity department, you will have the opportunity to meet managers and executive members of the team. You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Value Stream Operations.

The Value Stream Operations intern will work closely with intern leader and other team members to monitor and provide value the Value Stream Operations role through assisting new implementations. To do this you will:
