I want to work here because I believe that IKEA’s core values match my own. Values like leadership by example/taking initiative and responsibility, togetherness, and a desire for self improvement, are values that I hold myself. I feel that IKEA has a great culture that makes it a community rather than any other workplace and that’s something that appeals to me. Working together as a team and being part of something bigger. I want to work at IKEA because I want to be able to make a difference, whether that be by cutting cost through becoming more efficient by reducing waste, cutting won on cost and passing the savings onto the customer. and helping deliver to customers the products they need quickly. Or/an. I think there is a lot of inherent satisfaction knowing that I would be providing a great experience.
