Microsoft Interview Question
What is the difference between processes and threads? What are my favorite programming languages? After telling them C and C++, I was asked what were the differences? Why I want to work for Microsoft? Puzzle Question: I have 9 stones that all look the same. One is heavier though. I have an old school scale and with only 2 scaling I have to find which one is the heavier.

Puzzle answer: I get 6 of the stones and put 3 on the on e and the other 3 on the other side. If the scale is heavier from either side then I choose that side, if not then I take the 3 stones I didn't but on the scale. Same logic with the 3 remaining.
