I sometimes get frustrated when under time pressure, and I may then be somewhat curt when deling with co-workers. However, I now recognise that much of my difficulty has stemmed from trying to hold all my tasks in my head. Now, I find it much easier to log my tasks and objectively appraise and prioritise them. I'm still not perfect at keeping cool at all times, but it is getting a little easier - certainly with planned tasks.
