Interviewers focused on key points of the design that I assumed they felt would give them a good feel of my thought process. There seems to be a lot of focus on college-level algorithms, data structures, etc. during the interview process. They are also clearly a Java programming house, despite stating they are only concerned with Object-Oriented experience. One interviewer almost seemed incapable of expressing their questions in anything other than Java keywords.
