In this process, I have learnt lots of the skills required as an accountant, such as implementing excel function to enhance efficiency, following the accounting standards so as to comply with the law, and most importantly, the test of control skills, I would check if the payroll records for every employee are accurate by inspecting the related documents and reperform with a dummy account. These experiences have helped me build skills that I believe it would be a perfect match with Deloitte’s core value.
