I told them truthfully about a critical error I had made in sales that had cost me both the sale and reflected poorly on myself. I told them what I did afterwards to fix the situation and ensure that the image of who I worked for was remedied. Then I told them what I learned and how I used that experience to help me in future sales and projects.
