In one of my previous roles, I was responsible for training initiates. We were working on a huge training with a tight deadline when a serious investigation began. My role also required me to play a big part in departmental investigations. Time management was rough, but I took the initiative to meet with my manager to discuss task priority levels and how to manage my time to ensure the training and investigation both get attention and meet deadlines. I created goals for each task, a timeline, and priority list. The end result was both the investigation and training were successfully executed before the deadlines ------- So, again - just because they are asking you to tell them about the time, you must tell them about the time, WHAT you did, and WHAT the end result was
