I explained that I have been selling online for 10.5 years and while it is not face to face contact, you still treat the customer with respect as you would if it was face to face. Plus, I had been in Macy's the day before and told the interviewer that I convinced a lady to buy a purse. I don't even work there and I can get someone to buy something.
