Para destacar en este puesto, deberá ser capaz de comprender las necesidades y limitaciones de nuestros clientes y aplicar los conocimientos del sector y las mejores prácticas para desarrollar soluciones informáticas eficaces. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para comprender sus retos específicos y utilizará su experiencia para desarrollar una arquitectura de TI de alto nivel para toda la empresa que relaciones las capacidades de TI con las necesidades empresariales. Deberá garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente proporcionando un conocimiento exhaustivo de nuestras ofertas de soluciones, estrategias y dirección en relación con la empresa, la infraestructura y el sector del cliente.
