You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content that brings our brand and product range to life. Your work will play a key role in driving customer engagement and conversion across both digital and in-store channels. Collaborate with a creative and fast-paced team, contributing to both the artistic direction and the seamless execution of studio operations.

How you will add value:

• Capture and deliver high-quality imagery and video aligned to creative briefs and brand standards
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Stylists, Retouches’ and Studio Assistants to achieve strong creative and commercial outcomes
• Manage studio workflows and image output, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Provide guidance and creative input to the Studio Assistant and wider team
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio environment through clear communication
• Support the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring deadlines and production schedules are met

About You:

• Proven experience in a commercial, e-commerce, or creative studio environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing product, still life, and/or model photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , Capture One, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of studio lighting, camera systems, and digital workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in video/ motion content and AI exposure (highly regarded)
