We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s reservation system and guest bookings. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless guest experience, optimizing table management, and coordinating closely with the front-of-house team.

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online reservation platforms.
• Ensure VIP guests and special requests are properly noted and communicated to the service team.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the reservation system.
• Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager and host team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage waitlists and last-minute changes in a professional and efficient manner.
• Train and supervise reservation and host staff when applicable.
