Responsabilities, autonomy, company values. They try to care of people, with annual reviews and promotions. Nowadays is not enough oportunities for improve your carreer.

Cons

Salary, company values is not real values day-to-day, managment and parnert skill are poor to lead a big company. You can't trust what they are selling to you.

Pros

You can learn to use a lot of technologies in a few time and some projects are very interesting. When I started, they were transparent and they told to the employees almost every problem in the company. This year, one japanese company called NTT Data bought this company, so it may fix some problems.

Cons

You can't do the work schedule almost any day, because you have to do overtime very often. Of course, like many companies in Spain, they don't pay the overtime never. The salaries are very low, and it is difficult to climb to another professional category or incrementing the salary.

Nice office, nice view, standard benefits

Cons

Working for this company will absorb you into a culture of unhealthy competition. You will be brainwashed to think that you are a better consultant compared to Accenture or IBM, but it turns that the status quo here is ridiculous, mid managers see themselves as gods.
