      Pros

      Great people particuarly on the Sales side. Good community feel, everyone is willing to help eachother and lots of opportunities for high performers.

      Cons

      Extremely political, especially with senior management. Disconnect with more junior staff and Exec/senior managers. Reluctance to challenge difficult individuals.

      sophisticated projects, people and processes in all functions and segments

      Cons

      discrepancy in pay between the center and periphery, too slow on decision making, plans too unrealistic putting undue pressure on underwriting and all others, top management does not always practice the ethics code values which them themselves imposed
