      Pros

      Supportive team and great training Team incentives The Wesser Foundation - helps staff to fulfil their ambitions outside of work such as learning a language, driving lessons, or international volunteering experiences.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive and you need to be able to cope with rejection - but this is the nature of the job, and the team and management are always there for support and advice on how to improve

      Pros

      Wesser is a great company to work for - everyone is friendly and positive to work with. I came here expecting to last a few months but 6 years later I am still enjoying my job.

      Cons

      Parking would be an advantage but walking from the outskirts of town is only a few minutes.

      Pros

      - most enthusiastic, positive and personable company Director Martin Wesser - Fantastic support from HR manager - friendly relaxed office environment - excellent progression opportunities - well taken care of, lovely family feel to the company

      Cons

      - some office staff leave there food in the fridge and it can go mouldy - the temperature in the office is never quit right, I feel like goldy locks some times or big shaq - MANS NOT HOT - parking for the office is good (if you like walking 5 miles)
