      Pros

      There are good research teams and teaching areas, managed by excepcional individuals.

      Cons

      -The student seem to be the last consideration of management. -The management does not encourage nor foster research quality and merit. -There are NO career opportunities; the positions opened during the last years lack decent wages (below 1200€/month) or minimum stability, and most of the non-tenured talented staff I know has already left this university.

      In Spain professor wages at public universities are low, and since the economic crisis there have been no rises The university have some management flaws that affect professor's working duties.
