      Pros

      Best benefits I have seen so far. Employees were very friendly when the company was doing good!

      Cons

      There has been lay offs in the Franklin location from last 2 years every Quarter. The upper management are trying to fix the Budget issues with Layoffs which doesnt help. The Products will be either sold out out to a different company or will be decommissioned very soon! Stay away from this company if you are in Franklin Location. Freeze Freeze!!!!

      No Appreciation for Employees and Customers

      Pros

      There is a lot of camaraderie amongst the engineers. Most clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management does not know how projects are handled. They only look at numbers from the computer. Everyone is treated like a pawn. Engineering Managers have responsibility for profit and loss and some of those Engineering Managers are transferred in from other departments and have no idea of the nature of the industry they are responsible for. She would go into the department and the business suffers, losing customers. In addition, she would make fun of clients while on conference calls as if they were wasting her time. There is no respect. I would not recommend.

      Pros

      Good comradery between fellow coworkers.

      Cons

      Low pay, no promotions, and "beat them harder to increase productivity" mentality due to no tools available such as Agile, DSDM, or SCRUM Project Management. It was like going back 50 years in pay and leadership.
