Great people, bad leadership and no vision

People were nice, mostly professional and supportive. Good salary an d work-life balance

Cons

No leadership, no vision nor strategy, lack of organisation. It took ages to make decisions and all this resulted into a collective lack of motivation on all levels. Typeform used to be a joyful company with a great culture, it has proved to have the ability to overcome crisis and transitions (like the one of a few years ago), but this time it really look likes the boat is sinking.

Poor leadership with constant change in company strategy and objectives and lack of focus. Many teams work in silos and don’t know how to communicate with each other. Recently laid off a large amount of employees
