Prior to ~2023 it was a wonderful place to work. The culture, pay, and benefits were great.

Cons

Gone down hill fast. Constant lay offs of incredible talented people. Only enough left to keep the lights on. Do not recommend right now.

Base salary is less as compared to others, though equity shares covers it up

I loved working with the people I worked with at Tripadvisor. Made life long friends, positive work environment, great work life balance.

Cons

Weak LTE group. During my entire time at Tripadvisor, I've never felt like we had good leadership.
