      Work hard and don't think for yourself

      Large company so there is security

      Cons

      Extremely hard work is expected, no valuing of employees, the company would rather just hire someone new everyone an employee burns out or realises they aren't valued, than make a minor increase in salary or take the ideas of the employee into consideration. Zero flexibility and middle management is hugely incompetent. Quit your hobbies, dedicate your life to this company- or you won't progress upwards.

      It's all about being profitable, but good first job experience.

      Pros

      good experience to put on your CV training on major translation tools can accumulate holidays with extra hours worked

      Cons

      very low salary too many fixed procedures that undermine creativity and independent work the workload increases too much as one becomes more senior and basically has to be super fast, machine-like very stressful focus on quantity/profit rather than quality linguists are often underpaid which makes it difficult to establish a good relationship with them

      Pros

      Learning curve is steep so it's good experience if it's a first job or you're new to the industry Teammates are generally great to work with Ticket Restaurant + health insurance are good benefits

      Cons

      Workload is too high for the level of pay. Expect long hours and lots of stress Upper management only seems to care about clients and revenue, not employees
