      Stability: permanent contract, payments on time, office in a nice location (Barcelona city center).

      Cons

      Time scale promotion with zero flexibility; minimum salaries that are not enough even for paying the rent if you want to live in an apartment; employees are seen and treated purely as revenue numbers; working extra hours unpaid.

      Very easy job, remote work available, little stress

      Cons

      I was one of the most proficient employees, one of the most productive, extremely overqualified, I was able to work really fast, I even volunteered some extra work for the team. Last month, the company had a reduction of the workforce and I was laid off with no explanation. It makes zero sense and all of my team mates were surprised. It looks like the selection must've been random, so there's no meritocracy at all here.
