Pros

Flexibility in career path and in opportunities to change and create change, but only to a certain level. I have stayed for 28 years so I am obviously happy, but could be happier.

Cons

Low pay for American employees. Company is too French not quick enough for Americans to move to the top. We get too frustrated.

Because the company is French there are a lot of personal benefits. People understand you have a life, good vacation and benefits packages, reasonable hours.

Cons

Because the company is French (also) things can move slowly. Patience is a virtue and not getting too invested is your best bet.
