1. The people are incredibly talented and great collaborators. Feedback is direct and rarely caught off-guard by performance reviews given how seamlessly feedback is baked into operating structure. 2. The product is continuously improving. Product is closely integrated to Sales teams for strong GTM with clients.

Cons

1. Currently 4-days in-office and 5-day in-office mandate set for September 2026. 2. Fast-paced culture with burnout around every corner. I've never worked at a company where this many people need to take Mental Health LOAs. 3. Tops-Down Leadership approach.
