      Pros

      The First Group supports their employees growth. Be it trying out new projects or to pitch in new ideas. They taught me how to become a team player along with paving one's own career intelligently.

      Cons

      Excellence is one of their top most priority. Hence, I see myself stretching my own barrier to meet them, which can be tiring sometimes! I definitely enjoy the end result!

      you need to overwork especially to meet your target and you can almost not have time for yourself but for me its not a big issue as long as i am making money for myself

      - Everyone in top management from HODs, Directors, VP to CEO and CFO are highly dedicated towards growth of the organization. This itself motivates everyone underneath them to work hard. - TFG have set growth plans and working on it ahead of schedule. - TFG knows how to stand strong in difficult time like 2008 crises and COVID 2020, and have roared back with more energy. - Company educate and motivates employees to build their career and make sure that employees are also growing with the organization - Company is renowned for its best quality construction, services and yielding high returns for its investors

      No cons so far. In every organization the cons are always because of bad employees in leadership. As far as I am concerned I have come across all kind and polite people in the company.
