TFG is a great place to work. Salary on time (most importantly :D), free hand to make decisions, process & work flow in place, fully automated process. work life balance, Multinational/cultural environment and so on..

Cons

Haven't noticed any downsides so far, still working, in case if notice one, will update here :)
