Remote and hybrid work available. Average - to above average salary w/bonus. Many additional health & wellness value added benefits, programs and resources for employees.

Cons

Highly stressful environment with everchanging leadership which with new leadership created additional micromanagement and very long hours. Management top heavy.

All IT appears to be headed off shore with many SME’s being laid off. There is no future here for American workers. Those who are lucky enough to stay will bear the brunt of delivering working products which I expect will be incredibly frustrating for them.
