      Pros

      Competitive salary, good opportunities for advancement, treats good employees fairly. Senior management has a good vision, CEO really believes in making people healthier.

      Cons

      For a HealthCare company, health insurance benefits are competitively weak, especially coverage for spouses / children. Only the strongest employees receive good raises (second level rating and below get raises that at best keep up with inflation.

      Great time off package, if you do your job well it will be noticed; Great community involvement; ability to advance even without a degree; some jobs have the ability to work at home

      Cons

      Cubicles can be stifling; PTO time for front line employees is based on a national basis and you may not get a holiday that you request for 2+ years
