Pros

The Manchester branch of Teacher Active are a very friendly team. I have been working for them for almost two years now whilst qualifying for my PGCE and after. I started off with day to day cover supervisor roles and have now gone on to a Long term Instructor role which I love! Teacher Active have helped me to achieve my goal and I would recommend to anyone looking to get into teaching.

Cons

I cannot fault Teacher Active they are great.

Pros

Good daily rate. Friendly staff who are supportive and do their best to find appropriate work for you. They are efficient and do get back to you quickly. They seem to have a good number of schools on their books therefore able to provide work when others struggle.

Cons

Don't seem to manage many long term positions. Will sometimes offer work that has already been stipulated as unsuitable.
