      Pros

      Great initial set up with a supportive training.

      Cons

      Candidates are stolen, team leaders can be bullies and if billing well nothing will be done.

      Extremely supportive and forward-thinking company, excellent management.

      Pros

      Career progression, great network of support and a great team of like-minded people, management are focussed on staff wellbeing and afford the time to get to know you as an individual.

      Cons

      Demanding hours, might not suit all applicants.
