Pros

Some of the best benefits of working from home is i don't have to leave my house and i can work straight from home. I have sick children so it allows me to multi-task.

Cons

Don't really have any downfalls with the exception of knowing that life happens and some people apply for work from home for different reasons and i have sickly kids so during this training its stressful because you cant have your children in the camera and its 100 percent attendance.

Pros

Very accommodating as well as considerate. TP is not just good with the working environment itself, TP has good workers who are very hard-working and dedicated.

Cons

For my 1-month working experience here in TP, I can't see anything that is bad yet or inconvenient in my working phase.
