Pros

Hybrid - Work-from-home options are nice, but they are pushing teams to work back in the office.

Cons

ZERO job security. Poor transparency from the top down. Unrealistic duties, expectations, and timelines. There’s always the pressure of 'do more with less.' The executive team, along with VPs and directors, frequently hold lower-level management personally accountable for their poor decisions, mergers, and policies that are outside of their control. Additionally, despite consistently meeting KPIs and excelling at projects, bonuses are often reduced below the company average or, in some cases, not paid at all. Employees who need to go on medical leave often face pressure to return to work before they’re fully ready. Even if a doctor recommends a gradual return, there is an expectation to perform a full day’s workload in half the time, and sometimes even more. This creates additional stress and can undermine recovery, as employees are not given the time or accommodations they need to fully recover. Exiting team members often encounter difficulties receiving their proper payouts, including share payouts, which are sometimes not sent in accordance with agreements. Pay scale is on the lower end. As for job advancement, unless you are a sociopath and have narcissistic tendencies, you won’t go anywhere. If you still think you want to work here, don't. It's not worth your dedication and investment.

Pros

Only pro was work from home, gone now, so no pros at all.

Cons

- company has leaders who don't know anything about their own systems - only politics and friendships work in this company - people who created stuff left and now no one knows what's in the data, join the company keep doing hit and trial - leaders have no direction so is the case with employees - every leader feels that he is giving the salary to the employees - people work a are forgotten, no real value - every new project starts with an open slate, but when you create something leaders won't let it complete or go through until they and their seniors approve

Professional Due (like PMP) paid for. Good performers can submit their candidature for the MBA program offered by University of Victoria (BC). Safe and inclusive work environment. A lot of job opportunities across Customer Experience, Health, Agriculture and more.

Cons

Base salary is not extraordinary.
