Pros

Good benefits, flexible schedule, some company supported education---I've honestly had great managers and work environments but I don't believe that's the case on each team

Cons

a lot of corporate pressure and trickle down micromanagement, can be very positive and supportive or negative depending on the team you're on

Pros

Great sales experience, learn a lot of great transferable skills Health benefits are best I’ve ever had

Cons

Toxic work culture, all they care about is numbers, if you’re not liked by management then there’s no growth opportunity. Managers are incompetent, they don’t know any of the products they’re making you sell

Pros

Good benefits, vacation days, etc. Office is nice.

Cons

-Unbelievable disorganized. -The leads are absolute garbage. -They expect you to sell to people you know to hit your targets. -You may be calling to sell the same person as someone else on the sales floor is. -Even when people don’t asked to be called they are “assigned” to new campaigns. You constantly call and harass the same customers over and over again. -Once as you sell a customer its a free for all. They claim you are an account manager but you manage nothing. Aside from selling a product, you can’t even make the smallest change to a customers account without having to call into a helpline and spending a minimum of 1 hour on the phone. -You constantly have no idea what to sell. Horrible communication - Tons or work pressure. doesn't matter how well you perform its always about the next sale. -Incorrectly paid me multiple times -expected to work on weekends when they doing end of quarter blitz sales. You aren’t entitled to a lieu day either but may get one if you ask. I could go on and on. For short term its not a bad paycheck but beyond that, this job will age you from the level of stress and frustration you have to put up with.
