Flexibile work culture and great benefits for stocks and pension plan. Discounts on phone and internet plans, well-being reimbursement. Everyone was warm and welcoming.

Cons

Work overload, Constant layoffs, constant reorgs, leaders are very indecisive, takes so long to make decisions, does not take feedback until it blows out, no career growth.
