The environment was toxic. The management was mostly interested in making your life impossible than helping you grow and succeed. Taking an hour lunch was looked down upon, even when it was used to go to the gym for mental and physical health. People were too scared to speak up about anything and the ones that do speak the loudest it’s because they’re protected (i.e. they can’t be fired). Go ask the legal secretaries. ZERO diversity and inclusion and where there is a minority, they don’t make it very far. Most people are miserable here and keep their head down. It’s a pretty sad place, specifically the legal department. I wouldn’t work here again, it really affected my health and just warning everyone else to save yourself the grief.

Everything about this place is draining. 1) Nothing exciting about insurance. 2) Lack of diversity. Having worked at different industries where there were different networks opened to everyone even assistants, there is nothing here. This organization does not care about diversity. 3) Sexism runs in this organization, unless you are a woman who enjoys cursing like the men do. 4) No room to move around unless you are white. 5) Leadership that is oppressive and tyrant. 6) Lack of TEAMWORK. 7) Lack of culture.
