      Pros

      Health Benefits are better than most places

      Cons

      CEO is almost 100 years old and out of touch with current workforce dynamics- mandated return to office full time without notice. Sr management doesn’t have guts to stand up and move forward ( NY was still suit and tie) Based in NYC - felt like nothing exists outside Manhattan. Lack of systems and value to customers. Poor overall morale with RTO - many good employees left over past year or so because of the policy. Won’t be able to retain and / or attract quality workers. Lack internal infrastructure as most competitors-

      Pros

      Company is top heavy with an aging management with over paid salaries that will eventually retire leaving room for fresh ideas and effective managers.

      Cons

      85 percent of the company is Caucasian. There are hardly any effort to promote diversity. Human Resources tend to recruit mostly Caucasian candidates for interns and senior management positions.

      Bonuses, Benefits, Vacation time, Pension Plan.

      Cons

      Upper Mgmt doesn't show care or concern for employees well being. The CEO is way too old and out of the modern day loop. He basically rules like a tyrant and it's his way or the door. He's miserable and surrounded by cowards that do as he says without giving any input on the consequences. The company moral is very bad and I know several good friends in the company that have left and all are happier.
