CEO is almost 100 years old and out of touch with current workforce dynamics- mandated return to office full time without notice. Sr management doesn’t have guts to stand up and move forward ( NY was still suit and tie) Based in NYC - felt like nothing exists outside Manhattan. Lack of systems and value to customers. Poor overall morale with RTO - many good employees left over past year or so because of the policy. Won’t be able to retain and / or attract quality workers. Lack internal infrastructure as most competitors-
