Pros

The technology and development process is cutting edge. You will get challenging work. The team is technically well equipped and you will get a chance to work with plenty of talented professionals. The management has put in a lot of efforts towards employee policy and I much say that they have a nice policy for now. They are pay masters and The HR Head Mr. Manuel has made sure that the pay structure is quite transparent to the employee. They have short term on-site opportunity.

Cons

Previous there were some issues with Employee policy, but now there have overcome all those GAPS.
