      Good work life balance,, no work , you will get salary on time without any work..

      Cons

      ... If you want to spoil you life join crest... no work in market research team,, compensation is not up to industry standards,,, partial behavior from manager in team....there are very less projects in team...and the available projects are only like simple Copy paste job... also you will have to serve 90 days notice period for sure
