Thank you. At Springer Nature, our values and ways of working are more than words; they are lived across the organisation by our people. Each of our four values - Partnership, Integrity, Drive and Responsibility, is directly linked to the ways in which we work and as you say it's a great culture. Our holiday and benefits are aligned locally and I believe our PTO increases with years of service. Thank you again.

Thank you for sharing your review from our Pune office. It's rewarding to work alongside smart and inspiring colleagues in an environment that encourages curiosity. We are committed to giving everyone the opportunity to learn and grow and offer internal job fairs for all our India colleagues to learn more about what opportunities are around and network. We ran one very recently. Please look our for the next one and thank you again for your review.

Pros

The company is stable and most people work hard and are happy to help each other.

Cons

C-Suite is not good. While I won't call anyone specifically out, none of them seem to have their finger on the pulse of what is actually going on with our customers, and their expectations or understanding around the industry is extremely shallow. Additionally, the company culture is to promote only those in Europe. Every year you will see European colleagues get promoted, get new positions created, etc. but those in North America are ignored. Zero room for career advancement (though they'll throw you a webinar on how to advance, only to tell you it's impossible when you follow all instructions and excel). Empty actions and promises.
