Thank you for taking the time to share your rhoughts. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and recognize the importance of transparency and accountability in building a workplace where everyone feels valued and is compensated accordingly. We are indeed proud of our people and culture and working with talent across a truly international and dynamic business is rewarding and purposeful. However, we understand your concerns regarding living wages and cost of living in some cities and we are continuously and actively working to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and fostering a culture where growth is tied to measurable impact and contributions. Thank you again for sharing.

Most of the teams follow good developing practices. I get to TDD and pair program on a regular basis and in a healthy balance.

Cons

Once you get in it takes a while to get promoted and to have a big salary increase.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review from our Singapore office. We are very proud of our people and culture of support, flexibility and respect. Nearly two centuries of progress and advancement in science and education have helped shape the business we are today. Research and learning continues to be the cornerstone of progress, and we will continue to open doors to discovery through trusted brands and innovative products and services. Springer Nature was created in May 2015 through the combination of Nature Publishing Group, Macmillan Education and Springer Science Business Media. As a global organisation of around 10,000 people it's challenging at times working within a global matrix but with our continued investment in technology and flexible working, we try to ensure we have a strong work life balance.
