Thank you. At Springer Nature we review our salaries regularly and our hybrid working (2 days in the office) is valued by many global colleagues. We are aware that the New York leadership team are actively encouraging all our colleagues to ‘show up’ in order to have valuable face to face time together. This continues to be work in progress and will help us with the 'real office culture'. We are immensely proud of our purpose and how every colleague's contributions to this are celebrated. We all respond positively to the need for change in a constantly evolving environment. We support others so that they continue to perform at their best even during uncertainty.
