      1. Work atmosphere awesome 2. Free cabs and good infrastructure 3.Good salary and appraisals 4. Global atmosphere and exposure ,people from all over the world work togather 5.Less workload on individual ,working as a team 6. Meal coupons provided and extra pay if working in evening /night shifts 7. Work from home opportunity

      1.Management very slow 2. Odd shift timings 8am-5pm , 11 am - 8 pm , 4pm- 1am,,12pm-9am 3.less foreign tours or experience IJP Globally 4. Less client side interactions done
