Pros

Free lunch, nice benefits, fairly paid.

Cons

Technologically it's one of the worst I've seen. If you're hired for one of the two top games there as a backend. You will face very poor, in house invented design of the system. They confused programming patterns. Deployment to production is a risk and lots of stress. Of course they are not open for any change. Avoid if you can.

Excellent recruitment process with an even better welcoming to the Company where everybody is super involved and passionate but more importantly where they all go towards a common goal... provide FUN!

Pros

The work conditions are really nice, we have nice benefits, like Gym, Lunch(4 days a week), Hairdresser, Physiotherapist, English/Spanish lessons. But the best thing is working along with really passionate people, full of energy and enthusiasm.

Cons

- The lack of confidence of some managers on their colleagues and employees, they overlook every step and decision making the company to go slower and some people to get frustrated.
